December 9, 2002 - "Minotaure deux" - Shinjuku, Tokyo -

The weather that morning! Snow everywhere, trains stopped, highways closed. By late afternoon, things improved.

Thanks to Sakyo for the photos.

I was happy to have the chance to sing in duo with Shanti...

Then joined on stage by Mickie Yoshino...
December 11, 2002 Then it was my turn to visit her backstage for her performances.
December 16, again at Minotaure, where Shanti surprised me with a birthday cake.

For more info on what Shanti is doing,. SHANTI.

December 18, 2002 Then it was my turn to sit in with HER when she appeared at KAKUREGA with Ike's Band.
And it's always fun to play ...

December 20, Yokohama. My turn to join Mickie in HIS concert. I sang and also played my thighs with a pair of Blasticks..
December 29-30: Then there was the Godiego TV show project. We dressed up in the costumes and make up used for our big hit, "Gandhara" from 1979. The music is the theme song for the cult TV series, "Monkey"- due to start re-broacasting on the BBC in January. See GODIEGO
December 30 : After the live TV program with GODIEGO, we went to jam at " Morph" with Saito Nobu.

I was very happy to have been able to perform at "La Maree de Chaya" in Hayama on January 4, 2003 . It is also meaningful because I played there in 1977 for their 'opening party'..and at that time, with Mickie Yoshino and Hiroshi Kishimoto.

Special thanks to SHONAN BEACH FM for their support.

The weather that day.

And as usual, from my little veranda in Kamakura, I saw some magical sunsets...
