These photos are from the 2nd "Salon de Batterie" in Arras. This took place in a school, where the Entrance Hall & Cafeteria were used as exhibit space. The main auditorium, was used during the day, presenting various solo artists and/or groups.

The young boy below is 7 years old..... He played non-stop for about 15 mins...and played VERY well.

May 12 - 22 - I was present on May 20-21-22 "Foire de Paris" Literally speaking, imagine a huge Exhibition Center - like Frankfurt Messe, where ALL space is occupied by stands selling everything from Ginseeng tea, to Bang & Olfsun HD Plasma screens.... One Music store, Royez Music was set up inside one of the halls, and I worked with "La Baguetterie" who had their own tent, with 6 Electronic drum systems set up. TD-12 - TD-6 - TD- 3 and the "Y" brand's kits. People could play in headphones, AND there was another drummer, fantastic, up & coming musician, Peewee, who had been doing demos on all the kits for the previous 7 days before I returned from Japan.
The photo below shows the area where the "annex stage" was, and where "la bag" had their tent.
View of the stage where the TD-20 kit was set up. From the second day, I used the Handsonic & SPD-S also. For three days, I had a separate presentation here, one time per day. This is not a musicians event, but purely for the general public.
